For over three decades, Lea Benson has walked alongside individuals and families navigating some of life’s most difficult moments—with empathy, wisdom, and an unwavering heart to serve. Her work is deeply personal, shaped by years of advocacy, devoted hands-on support, and love for people from all walks of life.
Lea is the devoted advocate for her 94- and 90-year-old parents and was the steadfast companion to her late husband, Johnny, during his battle with cancer. She is also a loving mother to her sons—Justin, Weston (in loving memory), and Travis—and proud grandmother to Zara and Zion. For the past 14 years, she has opened her home to international high school students from around the world, many of whom still call her “Mom.”
As co-founder of Cece’s Hope Center, Lea helped pioneer innovative programs that address social issues and restore dignity to survivors of sexual trauma. Her lifelong commitment to marginalized populations stems from a deep belief that every person—regardless of age, background, or circumstance—deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for.
This belief is what inspired Seivah: Senior Solutions Advisors. Lea doesn’t just help families navigate elder care decisions—she walks with them, offering the same care and attention she gives to her own family. Her clients aren’t just clients—they’re part of a greater calling to honor aging, support resilience, and create systems of care that reflect humanity at its best.
